Update

So when we received our Refund checks from the school, and after paying bills and what not, we decided that we should go ahead a get ourselves a video camera so we could start recording Brittannia and the things she does for future generations to see, and of course for family. We have loved having it and being able to get so good quality videos of our little girl. She has also started to love seeing it come out. She starts to get all happy and excited to see it.

Now for another update, Robert has decided to take this semester off from school. It was causing a little to much stress and such on him that we were going to have him tested for mono because of how tired he was all the time. We checked with both the registrar and financial aide offices before having him withdraw from his classes to make sure that it would be okay and we wouldn't have to pay back the money. He is instead going to be getting more hours with Security and we are very hopeful that the full time position will become available in January. If it does Robert has been told that he will get it. So that means we will be here in BV for a while. Which we really do not mind. We love the area and the WONDERFUL friends that we have made here. So we are both taking part time worth of classes, Robert is only taking the one he needs to so that he does not have to pay back the money and I am still doing my 3 classes, and next semester we will both be part time students. So we are doing pretty good and things are really doing great for us.

Sewing?!?!?!

So I have been trying my hand at sewing and making clothes. I first started with a nursing cover, then moved on to a few dress for Brittannia. I took a picture of one of the dresses I made with the headband to match dress.
Here is the dress. Then the picture below is the 1st shirt that I made for myself. I messed it up a few times but got it right at last. I actually love it and am thinking of making another one sometime.
I took some of the leftover fabric from the dresses for Brittannia and made myself a skirt.
And last bout not the last of my efforts, is another shirt. So I am hoping to making something for Robert next. We will see how it all goes. :)

Hanging on

Well we have gone through almost 3 weeks of school, and we are still doing really well. Robert is finding out which classes he loves and which he despises (aka Math) and I am seeing how much I love my little girl. I sit in class wishing Robert will call me saying that he needs me to come home. I really do not like being away from my baby. Brittannia has come to hate me being away. When I leave for class, Robert says she start crying, and then will cry the entire time I am gone. I feel bad that Robert can't make her happy, but in a weird way makes me feel good. I love that she is a mommy girl.

On that note, Brittannia is doing so great. She is pushing herself up and if you give her your hands she will try to pull/push herself up. She loves to stand up and play.
We got her an plush Angry Bird the bomb one, and she loves it.She will take it by either the fuse our tag and eat the nose.
She also loves the duck that my mother got her. She will eat the duck's beak. Yesterday I pulled out an toy that sang the ABC's and she actually reached for it.
She is getting so big and growing up. I was looking at some pictures of her when she born and only a few days old, I can't believe how small she was and how much she has grown up in these past 3 months. I love seeing her learn new things.

In other news, well there really isn't other news, Robert is just doing school, and working as a security guard and I am being mommy. Life for us has really changed but for the best. We are enjoying our new roles as parents. I do feel bad for Robert that Brittannia cries almost every time she is alone with him, but there are sometimes that he can get her to quiet down and go to sleep. At these times I love how gentle and patient he is, I have also found where all my patience was while growing up. It was hidden so I wouldn't use it all up in being a mom. Because there are times and days when Brittannia really puts a strain on it. Anyways, life has been really great and I love my family.
