My 1st House

I am sorry I havent been on lately. Robert and I have been in the process of moving. We have moved back to Virginia. It is good to be back where the weather is decent for Robert. ; ). Anyways To let you all know what has happened in the last few weeks.

Aug 11- Aug 30th

Nothing big really happened here. Well Robert and I did start our move. We left on 14th and drove all day to get to Liberal Kansas. This is where we stayed for the next 2 weeks. We were there to help my dad out with work and on the house he is flipping there. Plus is was a good break from traveling for both Robert and I, and our dogs. On a side note bones and Hershey did a wonderful job traveling acroos country in a car. Hershey was like a 4 year old. He had to keep looking out the window seeing what was going on. Bones on the other hand was like a teenager. He slept the entire time he was in the car. It was quite funny. I will be putting these pictures up as soon as I can.

Sept 1 - Present.
So we finished the rest of our move. Got to Robert's and I's 1st house on Monday Night. ( Labor Day) It is a cute little house. Here are some pictures of our new place. First is the out side. Then in inside.

This is what you see when you pull up. From the road. Cant really see the fron the good. But it is brick with white trim. and some steep steps. Hershey was pouncing on them and missed a step and fell the last few. He is okay.

This is the side of the house where the driveway is. You can see the front porch a bit better in this picture.

And a the side again. Those windows are the kitchen and dining room windows.

And here is the back on the house. I am stand where the spring house is. Our water comes from a spring. Which is really good. I love the way that water taste.

And last shot of the outside. The other side of the house. This is what you see when you come down the road.

Next we go to the inside of the place. The first room you walk into is the living room.

This is our living room. As you walk through the Front Door. The bucket of stuffed animals in the corner is for my nieces. They absolutely love them.

This is the view from the dining room. We got Robert the recliner. He LOVES it. All we really need for this room is end tables so we have places to put the phone and of course drinks.

And this is the last shot of the living room. and It is from our bedroom. It really isnt that big of a room, but it is a nice place.

Next room you come to is our bedroom.

The room is the same size as the living room. Actually all the rooms are the same. 13.4 x 13.4. Anyways, this is what you see when you walk into it from the living room.

This is lookiong into the bedroom from the kitchen. It is big enough for robert and I to function.

And this is the shot from the bathroom. I didnt get any pictures of it because well it looks like all bathrooms. ; ) But it is the only bathroom in the whole house. We are waiting on the other Dresser so we can out robert's clothes away.

The next room we come to is the Kitchen. It is a very nice 70's Kitchen. and those of you who know why, will laugh to see the Fridge and Stove. But for those of you who wouldnt know why, Well our fridge and stove are the classic Harvest Gold from the 70's.

Sorry it is a but messy. We have been doign the moving in and getting things to where we like them. Plus Robert just did the dishes. and we are waiting on them to dry. Oh this is the shot from the bedroom.

Okay you can barely see the fridge, but it is the same gold color as the stove. This is the shot from the Dining room. And the door is the back door.

And the last room I have pitcutres of is the dining room.

This is from looking into the room from the Living room. Those stairs do go to an upstairs. But it isnt furnished and not much to see. There are two rooms up there. We are using them for storage.

And this is looking at the dining room from the kitchen.

So there is Robert's, and i's house. Small but cozy. We love it and it fits us quite well. But if anyone wants to come visit we have a room for ya.
