Yup you read that right we created fireworks inside. After talking to my mom about what crafts I could do with the kids. She sent me this link to a website that has tons of crafts for kids of all ages. They had this one doing fireworks. It is a vase or large glass bowl, oil and food coloring. it was really cool to watch the food coloring "explode" like fireworks do. Brittannia liked it for some time but then had more fun mixing the colors in the glass then anything else.

So glad that I live in a time with the internet and mothers who post things they do to entertain their kids. And a mother who has these sites ready to send to me. The girls did enjoy these crafts and science experiments. Stay tuned to see what other fun things we try to do.
